With our continuous capital investment strategy we’ve pushed many projects that improve our process, reduce our waste and pursue sustainable growth for us and our customers.

We believe that our employees and community always come first. For over 40 years Summit has invested in our staff and their families through annual scholarships, grants to community organizations, and countless ongoing training classes and opportunities. Since our establishment in 1976, we have been a company built on the foundation of family values and it is incredibly common to see multiple generations of families working throughout all facets of the organization.

We are committed to continuously reevaluating our processes and procedures, and look for opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Over the course of the last few years, we’ve made major investments in our molding capabilities to include more efficient machines, reduce non-recyclable packaging and packaging technologies to maximize shipping quantities and minimize our carbon footprint.
